My car has 5 gears too (in the motor 1.8T 163 hp, 6 gears begins from MY2004, and my car is MY2003). At 130 km/h in 5th gear, rpm are 3.350 and the istant consum at this speed, with cruise control, is ca. 8l/100 km

Try to post a video with your istant consum in full throttle from 80 to 170 km/h, I think yours consum just a little bit less ( but you have 60 hp less and dont' have the quattro system).

@Marcoza3 i only have 5 gears so i won't need so much petrol.. but it needs more time from 80 to 170 at 5th gear. i only have the normal 1.8 with 125hp not turbo.

Did you noted that the car is in full throttle in fifth gear from 80 to 170 km/h?

Try to video recording your car in fifth gear from 80 to 170 and show us.

@etshArk87 maybe you switch to the next gear at higher rotation so the car needs more. my a4 drinks 8,5l/100km combined at normal driving but i don't drive like this xD sometimes i went with 140km/h through town :D

@etshArk87 my audi a4 1.8 125hp drinks 15,5l at 210km/h 5500 rotation.. :o maybe english cars need more petrol xD
