1993 Air Canada "Hello Goodbye" Commercial

In this commercial, part of a whole campaign, Air Canada announces its alliance with Air France (plus Continental and United), greatly increasing its network. (That was a few years before Star Alliance). But this is secondary. The main appeal is the residents of various countries around the world (no actors) filmed naturally, on "Hello, Goodbye" from The Beatles (as sung by children). Throughout the campaign, every continent was depicted, however this commercial concentrates mostly on Europe and Northern Africa. A great image for Air Canada, as an airline that unites the people from around the world. Ironically, the director of this beautiful ad campaign, Jean-Claude Lauzon, died in a plane crash in 1997.

i was staying at a homeless shelter when i first heard this commercial from another room and i actually had an intense spiritual experience.., would be cool to hear more Beatles stuff sung by choir =)

Air Canada fait partie de StarAlliance (formée en1997) et Air France est affiliée à SkyTeam.. Ça risque de plus jamais arriver... Lol
