I'm 24-25 weeks pregnant and agree with the big bellies needed for the videos. I was trying to find a leg curl exercise without a machine that I can do at home. Everywhere on the net is a laying and standing with some machine. I have a bench but it's laying and I can't lay on my belly for a few months.

lol i know where ur comin frm , im 21 weeks an im startin to feel a bit big rofl , i think im just gonna take some notes frm diff wirkouts an plan my own routine excersizein ,or i reakon that we should do a vid ahahah

The only thing that annoys me about her videos are that the models are so early in pregnancy...I'm sure it still works in the later trimesters but I'd rather see a big bellied woman working out to make me feel more comfortable LOL

she says in another video that the girl doing the exercise is only 10 weeks prego...I was thinking the same thing! lol.. =)

This exercise is great to support the stabilty of the hips.if pubic pain persists( most likely pubic symphysis) then trying a standing version andrea //fitmomfitness



i think it will be more effective if ur going to show us a real preganant woman doing that exercise.. :D
