My grandmother lived in the projects, and when I was very young, we'd go visit her, and this is how the elevator looked. Graffiti and it smelled like urine and weed all the time.

Thats a freight elevator in Amsterdam South East. Part of the "Gouden Leeuw" or another G serie apartment. Other parts in that part of Amsterdam had worse elevators in the past.

The stairs look way better! It's so dark in there, if there wasn't a lock on it, somebody could just, walk right into the shaft. Plus, it's way slow

I have been in one elevator with holes in walls, becose some idiots was kicking the walls and destroying elevator, and the one hole was about trucks tire size! And the elvator was doing strange sounds!
