can you give us a update on progress?

Anyway to add the magnetic-gas into a coloured gas environment within an observable large jar? Just pure speculation here, but if you passed a magnet around said jar, shouldn't there be observable distortions to the coloured gas?

I really enjoy your experiments
I've worked a wee' bit with magnets - what I would suggest is to use magnets with centre holes, 2 x cobalt drill tips cemented in the centre extended just enough to take the spark in the gap
You might also try using opposing magnetic fields.

Put some gas in a bag and see of you can attract or repell with a magnet?

the smell must have come from the titanium coating burning off you drill pieces.

@heycolslaw definatley metallic but not titanium, the cobalt steel drill wasnt coated with titanium like the cheap chinese copies that are made to look like cobalt drills.

I think the inert gas is add to create an inert atmosphere to absorb the oxygen in the hydrogen process before combustion, also to cool down the reaction in the chamber , then 15,000 watt are need it to spark it.

@josejir in several of Meyer's lectures he spoke about using argon and described a process of bonding the inert gas to a metal ion by removing electrons from the gas and also he stated that the ptocess can be used on all sorts of elements that we previously thought could not be bonded. His claim was that new compounds are now possible.Apparently the only gas that can still lay claim to the title'inert gas'is neon, its good to hear from you Jose, thanx for commenting

interesting why does it affect the camera as its firing ?
sucram286 8 months ago
@sucram286 the spark gap makes alot of noise in the RF spectrum and that interfers with the cam when its too close.
