It has Bluetooth, so the SMS part is actually quite plausible :)

yea and probably 100$ cheaper.

but you can do alot of things with that kit.

But i foresee it knocking the camera off the table onto the floor then falling over itself.

rather then it slickly pressing the button on the camera when it sees someone and then mysteriously knows how to send SMS messages to a cellphone.

if it could actually do that. I'm sure it would be more programming then you could shake a stick at.

i think an IP network camera with motion detection would do the same job much more easily and without giving itself away.

How can the robot send the picure to yout handy? Yes, with BT. But, how? Can the camera send pictures??
