the rubber adds traction or friction cause it not to move, its not gonna stay on real firm but wont come off easily as I had shown.

Oh i see. ey do you know if you can put water on dutch? cause like mine is so dirty he kinda needs a bath, but im afraid i might break something.

I'm not sure I would think that water would damage the figure, but who knows, I mean even the oils in your hands could damage it! If you were to do that I would recommend a wet cloth not to wet and just try to wipe the dirt off.
