Okay where are you amanda I am waiting to hear more of your progress. I am comimg to the end of my first week and will be weighing myself on tuesday can't wait to see how much I lost. Keep it up! Hope you have a great time in Hawaii

But you can. I just began my Medifast journey. It really isn't as expensive as you think. I have a suggestion...write down how much you spend on all your food for the week. You will be surprised at how much junk and fast food costs. With Medifast I am spending $70 a week for the food + $30 for the lean and green. $100 a week. I used to spend much more eating out and on chips and cookies. Just give it a try.
