Hi, my name is Samantha, and I am a bartender at Cinema Paradiso, home of
the world famous Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival.

I know some day everybody dreams of flyin' to Hawaii, but the best way to do it is to make a Flyin' Hawaiian.

First you start out with your shaker with some ice, pour in some melon liqueur, Bacardi Rum, couple ounces of pineapple juice. Shake it up, really good!

Now I like to chill my martini glasses, so what I do is I put in ice and some club soda. Pour that out. Little bit of Sprite or 7-Up. Take your strainer, and strain it in.

Always have to garnish with something colorful, because Hawaii is so colorful. Little cherry, and it's ready to drink.
