These are people who could prove Russian-Jewish descent and apply for the Israeli citizenship. It's a quite difficult process for them to get citizenship and the ones who come here have be real zionists. The Russian in this video are more zionist than anyone in the world, even more those of us born in Israel (since most of us would choose USA if we could!).
