I once rode a bike in my youth. A week later, I was struck by lightning. Does riding a bike cause you to be struck by lightning? I DON'T KNOW, I'M JUST ASKING QUESTIONS, I THINK THERE SHOULD BE A DEBATE AND ANYWAYS I'M JUST A COMEDIAN AND AS SUCH CAN'T BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE VIEWS I EXPRESS, DOOPITY-DOO!
Now allow me to tapdance while rehashing some old Michael Jackson jokes.

@michael0156 "Vax are PROVED to cause serious injury in some kids & adults"
What injuries? What's the mechanism -- by which I mean, how does the vaccination cause whatever injury is ascribed to it? You say "proved"... what is that proof?
"That is profit driven medicine"
And all these "studies" you're proposing to make vaccines these same people are declaring injurious "safer"--that's not? Excuse me; I beg to differ.

@michael0156 Court cases can be used as scientific evidence now?
-
@michael0156 Is it a specific vaccine that is said to cause issues? A specific ingredient?
-
@michael0156 I wonder if anyone compared the autism rate in US citizens that never received a vaccine and the rate with previously vaccinated people. The former should be a dramatically lower occurrence and if that's the case, they can do more direct studies.

When nearly the entire population has been vaccinated, it can correlate with everything. Vaccination causes the desire to get a driver's license. Vaccination causes sexual activity. Vaccination causes autism.

@michael0156 Even Isaac Newton had incorrect hypothesis and he was an extraordinary genius.
-
@michael0156 She can make a hypothesis (educated guess), but without appropriate evidence, it is nothing more than a guess and means nothing scientifically.
-
@michael0156 Was what Dr. Bernadine anything more than just a hypothesis or did he have evidence to support his claim? Without evidence, it doesn't mean much.
How does he think smallpox has been virtually annihilated? Was it clearly not swift vaccination attempts spearheaded by Western medicine? To all of the anti-vaccine champions, whether you like it or not, viruses kill people and smallpox claimed the lives of roughly half a billion people. So this begs the question: should humans do nothing and allow pathogens to ravage entire populations, or do we fight them with intellectual weaponry like we did with smallpox?

Two things: 1) Debate? On whether the science works? With whom? Politicians? Town hall people? What do they know about science? Scientists? What do YOU know about science, Bill?
2) "I had all the vaccins. [...] So I had horrible allergies as a kid. Was it because I was vaccinated? I don't know."
Typical Glenn Beck type of reasoning: "Is Obama a nazi? I don't know! I'm just asking the question!" No, you're implying, while you don't know a thing about it. Don't speculate, educate yourself!
