This looks like the first automated side loader body ever built. It was originally mounted on a 2250D ACCO in the late 80's with JJ richards signwriting.

I don't see why they need a comb lifter :s. Really only split bins need it so that the split lines up properly

Good Footage, these trucks are really unique, you don't see many of them in the big cities, only in the smaller reagional towns and small cities. I like the comb lifter, its something different, but probably a little harder to pick up the bin, however its fun to watch!

That little claw looks as if its purpose is to keep the bin from falling into hopper?I thought at frist it held the lid shut but i noticed as it tilts the lid still opens and the claw is still there!!5 stars saved to Favorites
