  • Bro, how many pounds was the baboy,. and how long was the total cooking time to complete the pig, i want to do bisayan lechon in my backyard in california too, help me ha! because im hunnnnngry! thank you.

  • @tisoy909 piggy was about 30-40 pounds. total cooking time is 2hrs & 30mins to 3hrs.. over 3hrs is not good. it goes too tender that it tends to break apart. we buy the pig from Corona, off 91 & lincoln
