Nope, they are pyrotechnics, just look at the fireballs, they have small glowing blobs falling out og them, indicating, a liquid explosive, and really black smoke, this means it has to be some kind of oil based, probrably petrol, which is often used for fake 'bombs' at air shows, and just because a child says 'that was real' doesnt mean its true! ;)
Beleive me, if that was real munitions, the shrapnel released would have cut the crowd to pieces!

They used to do this sort of thing at North Weald, but usually it was WWII planes re-enacting attacks.

Its called waddington air show, usally on july time.
If you google it i think there is a website for it.
