@ShynAwkward only go as high as your arms being parallel with ground. Dont go higher..any higher and that will start to target the ttraps...but even with proper form, the traps get a secondary workout. I have noticed my traps get a bit bigger from doing this exercise. Not sure if going higher will cause injury

I 've heard that moving your arms past horizontal in this excercise can seriously injure/damage your rotator cuffs?
Also moving past horizontal starts to work your trapz muscles, so how do you isolate the medial delt on this machine?!
