Hey. My name is Brandon. Soon I will be doing surgery on my left femur and I will have a cast on after the surgery, but I still want to continue doing my p90x workouts. Can you do a more specified video on ways I can modify my workouts for p90x with only bands because that's all I can afford right now. I also want to modify the plyometric workouts, yoga X, legs and back, and kempo X. Thank you in advance :)
