The city look like a toy when zoomed out O.o

One odd thing about Japan is the lack of roundabouts in their traffic planning. It's not just Tokyo, all of Japan is strangely devoid of roundabouts. Weird in such a otherwise highly efficient and developed country. I get that the Shibuya intersection is a tourist trap but it would be much more efficient with a large roundaout and elevated walkways. Saves money, gets people where they want faster, reduces pollution, roundabouts make everything better.
