  • Uh, I'm pretty sure the Happy Days house was a set at Universal, not a real house.

  • can u go upstairs and see if there son is still up there that went missing?!

  • @STRUTTER777U I didn't say it wasn't fun to watch. It was (at least before it went down the toilet in the early '80s). The original house interior set matched the house. It was changed in the 2nd or 3rd season, starting a trend of inconsistentcies (hair styles, shoes, prhases that did not correlate to the time period of the show) that pervaded til the end. Otherwise, fun stuff! Loved "pre-perm" Joanie and always loved Mrs. C.

  • @redletter2008 It was an incredibly entertaining show, and I'm sure all the Happy Days fans who watched it regularly could care less as long as the show was fun to watch.

  • This was probably the worst example of the interior set NOT matching the exterior shot of the house. Even as a child watching Happy Days (a show that even a "mentally challenged" five year old could tear to pieces), you could tell that house didn't match-up. First, the front door is on a slanted wall; the kitchen would be extending from the front porch & back door would open to front lawn; no dining room in huge house; "wall" where TV "was" would be in middle of huge first floor. Lousy sets!

  • Just own and operate a small local hardware store and you can have a home just like this, too!

    Aaaaah, the 50's!

  • Couldn't they have got a shot of the backyard where Howard and Ritchie buried Chuck?

  • "... that's the Happy Days house. Someone please change my batteries."

  • hey, look its potsie!!!!!

  • In the 1980's, I worked for an exterminating company and serviced this home for 2 years, inside and out. Great layout, large rooms, but in DESPERATE need of exterminating. They told me that they were not paid very much for allowing filming of their exterior, and all the "snow" that was placed over their lawn and bushes for the winter scenes actually burned them. Beautiful neighborhood.
