Video from my personal collection was filmed at Pine Crest Country Club in Shelton CT. Sept. 1983. Historical, Early Days of the band. Michael (Miljenko Matijevic) must be 18 or 19 years old here. Band Plays Classic Led Zeppelin Heart Breaker Song with Chris Risola on Lead Guitar. That summer I bought a truck for the band and became Red Alert's rodie. A month later, the truck crashed and was totaled. My roadie days were over, but I still have some Great memories! One of the greatest bands I knew! Enjoy the video. Want to see more, drop me a line.
Sorry for the quality! Video cameras back then sucked, not to mention the tapes have been in the closet deteriorating all these years.

  • If I know my Steelheart. Mili wasn't 18-19 years old here, he was 17. In 1981 Chris was playing lead guitar with his band consisting of best friends Jimmie Ward on bass and Jack Wilkinson on drums, they then started auditioning singers. After much discussion a young then 15 year old Mike Matijevic was hired. The result was "RAMPAGE" which was soon changed to "RED ALERT".

  • I mean , was there every a time when Mili was NOT hot? I love love love him so much this is awesome thanks for posting!
