I am a California attorney. I am going to file a lawsuit against Medicare, to open it up to everybody. I need 1000 plaintiffs, please respond to my youtube page if you are willing to be a named plaintiff and also apply for Medicare, and if you are under 65.

Insurance companies make a profit by denying care to patients like Nick. It breaks my heart; it doesn't have to be this way. Every other industrialized nation has a non-profit system of single-payer coverage for medically necessary health care. What have we become? Who are we as a nation?
We need to stop the injustice and inhumanity. We need to demand MediCare for all. It's not a dream, it's legislation. HR676 nationally, and SB840 in California. "Healthcare for Nick, Healthcare for ALL!"
