Cops always arrive too fucking late and then say "we have the suspects and are doing our best" which is basically I have no fucking idea. Anything less than a shotgun, I'd do my best to slash the mofo myself. If he gets away with the cash instead, I'd quit even if I don't get fired lest the bastard or his crime friends return again. Put his own knife in his shoulders and he'd think twice.

But there is a good reason why the policy is in place. you dont have an ego so you should be able to understand this. If he shoots you dead then there is no one to tell the police what he looks like or which way he went. hell still do it to some one else. if you survive instead of throwing your life away for some cash you have the chance to stop him. pick your fights smartly.
