In addition to this being incredibly unimaginative and borderline plagiarism, personally, I'd prefer to vote for WHOMEVER understands that the question "who do you want to answer the phone?" is grammatically incorrect. WHOM, people, the correct word is WHOM! It appears that, now, we've even lost the expectation for our leaders to show some grasp of the English language. Jeez!
