I don't know about the quality of the phone but the design wise it strongly echoes Sony Erickson. They haven't found their unique looks yet it seems.

@Cowsxmoo Nope, this was far from the first 3G phone in China. The author likely meant that this was the first 3G phone from China to feature in his/her video. Bear in mind that the maker of this phone Haier is for the most part a white goods maker. It shouldn't be expected to roll out something ahead of other mobile phone specialists.

@dantsual what are you talking about? Plastic is very good material. It all depends on what kind of plastic is used. Stainless steel finishing adds unnecessary weight.
