  • I don't understand why you keep conjugating the verb. For example: Nos gustamos las pinturas. In my Spanish II class we are only using the 3rd person singular/plural. So my teacher would say: Nos gustan las pinturas. Also she wants us using prepositional phrases like: a mi, a ti, a nostoros, a roberto, a juan. I think the sentence would be: A nostros nos gustan las pinturas. I don't even know if thats right. I'm very confussed at this point. -.-

  • You are right on the Nos Gustan las pinturas. I applied the edit when someone else mentioned it last year. You can use a nosotros before if you like. It is not necessary. It's similar to saying "Yo hablo" or just "hablo" for I speak. I will be redoing all of these lessons in the summer. Thanks for watching.

  • Thanks for catching that mistake. I will edit it! Sorry!

  • Dfmetal1,

  • Something cool to also know... THESE verbs are commonly used with INDIRECT OBJECT PRONOUNS: comprar, contar, contestar, dar, decir, dejar, enviar, explicar, hablar, mandar, mentir, pagar, pasar, pedir, preguntar, prestar, and regalar. Just something I thought you could add to the description so that people know which verbs most commonly use indirect object pronouns.

  • Thank you for correcting my mistake. I will apply an edit and will be remaking these videos shortly with more native speakers.

  • shouldn't it be 'estas revistas me parecen viejas' not 'viejos' ?

  • @Oscarpup1 I was thinking that also - thank you for clearing that up.

  • On Quiz #2, shouldn't "I tell them the truth," be "Les digo la verdad"? instead of "Le digo la verdad"?

  • Hola:

i just wanted to pint out that on your example: "Nos gustamos las pinturas " is wrong. It should be Nos gustan las pinturas and it has nothing to do with IOP. It has more to do with conjugating the verb gustar.
