Actor Tony Todd (Candy Man) appeared TWICE on 24 and played two DIFFERENT characters. 1st he played a detective in season 3 2nd he played General Juma in season 7
I caught this on my 3rd time watching the damned show... I cannot believe this a-hole Tony Todd played 2 diff characters in the same show... He did a good job but my reaction was similar to hitlers lmao... it must be like the other dude said in the comments... General Jumas Identical twin.
oh yeah, he alsoe played detective norris ins eries 3, I just used my brain to say it was juma's US alias that let him into the country. But I would have found it funny when Renee says "unless he has an identical twin" when she is talking to larry after seeing Juma if Larry called LAPD and said "detective norris please", "nope Renee the twin is in LA" Renee: "what the [bleep]"
The Stargates do this more than any show, I think. It's not very rare for an actor to show up as three different characters. Richard Ian Cox played an alien scientist who was granted asylum, then showed up as a human scientist when they could have easily just had the character reoccur (I recall some fans even wanted Nyan to show back up). There were other similar recasts, too.
I didn't notice this until I rewatched that Season 3 episode and realized "Holy crap that guy looks like General Juma!"
