Fail.....Like a boss. I think he was waiting for the car in front to move over. Slowed reaction... He still could of held it after the last second ditch right, but was either under influence of something or lacked skill. Wonder what vehicle he was driving.

I think he was trying to pass the vehicle in front of him "ricer-style."
You come up extremely fast to the rear of the vehicle in front of you and then make an abrupt lane change. It is an aggressive driving maneuver meant to intimidate other drivers.

he turned right at :10, he tried to get back to the left lane and changed his mind to be on the right lane. His reaction wasnt quite quick enough and caused to car to tip/flip over at such speed.
