It would be fantastic for the families affected by the severe weather, like property damage or loss of family member(s) due to extreme weather which they caused, to sue the Federal Government for causing such things. Just wait until the insurance companies get involved. When they start footing the bill of the damage caused by HAARP and our Federal Government.... watch out! ROFL!!!

@haarpWillNOTbeSilent Thats the Problem, but if you could compare the lengh of the "ring" appearing there to the lengh of the meassured em waves by people before the earthquacke in japan it makes sense. anyhow the wave has to be long enough since just the ELV wave wont work since its a 12mhz wave wich just flys through the whole earth itself it only works with layers of em waves if u want to know i tell you about teh preassure of water and stuff in 10km underground thats why it cant be" fast"
