To save you some time, when you save your image, file/save for web. Make sure transparency is checked. and save it. this option will get rid of the background so you don't have to chop it up.

Dreamweaver generates JavaScript and HTML code. That thing you calling Roll Over Images is onmouseover event in JavaScript.
