Harry Potter 1 (PC) Speedrun [Part 06]

Quidditch is ridiculously easy, just stay close to the snitch and wait for the meter to fill up.

The Lumos challenge has quite a few tricks in it, such as a glitch you could call superjumping. I know that there is a cheat that makes you do this, but there are certain places in the game where if you jump on the exact right spot, you get the same effect. You can spot these places by walking over them, they're usually on small ledges that causes harry to "clip" when walking over them.

These jumps where very hard to make (especially the second one), since they require almost frame perfect timing. I just couldn't leave them out though, because they save about 1 minute in total here.

The rest i pretty straightforward, I let a pixie hit me during a cutscene, allowing me to keep going during it. If you're wondering how I crosses that gap without the lumos platform, it's because I didn't. The platform is actually always there, it's just invisible until you cast lumos on the gargoyle.
