On my way to 15 reps with 100kg. This is from my last training session. 100.5kg x 8 reps at a bodyweight of 79kg. Still a lot of work to do...

  • Quite impressive Doc. That is 5 pounds under my body weight and I can't touch that. You have got me started into doing them. I have some shoulder issues to overcome, but it seems to be working.

  • keep it up and I hope you win! These are really giving my wrists fits so I laid off of them last night. I've been hitting my sets with 225lbs so hopefully when I drop the extra load it may give me a few extra reps. Anyway great work and a very solid performance there.
