  • How do we make greek yogurt?! Like the thicky kind... I can't find it where I live and really wanted to venture out and make some!

  • @MsSarahmuller Ok - true story - you can take this yogurt, put it in cheese cloth, and hang it. The liquid will slowly drain out and you'll be left with greek yogurt!!!

  • Daniel Delaney, the net's best in fun food!

  • @lsatlof You just made my night. Thanks!

  • @danieldelaney I can have lactose (to a certain degree) when I take a pill with it...I guess I'm afriad I'd somehow intensify the lactose. Mostly just worried about stuff that probably couldn't even happen...

  • @aglanceatmyworld True! But if the majority of the lactose is eaten up, couldn't you then consume it?

  • @danieldelaney Just knowing that I'd be dealing with bacterial fermentation...and being lactose intolerant I don't want to make my body any more angry with dairy products.

  • @lazyhazycrazy sure! it's totally flexible.
