With the holiday season upon us, Multipower sports food has teamed up with Tony Daley, Strength and Conditioning coach for Premiership team Wolverhampton Wanderers FC, to provide some top tips and exercises to help achieve the perfect Beach Body.
Over the next few weeks , Multipower will bring you a series of exercises to help you target the key muscle groups in your upper body.
Exercise 2 -- Woodchop -- This exercise primarily works your obliques.
Using cables, positioned at head height level. Keeping a slight bend in your elbows but lock them in place to avoid using your arms. Pivot on the ball of your inside foot as you twist powerfully in a diagonal line.
