Climate change policy? What Policy? I am from Trinidad and Tobago and we do not have a climate change policy? Legislation was drafted hastily before this commonwealth meeting, which will come before parliament next year. The actual practice and attitude towards climate change is that despite being one of the top 5 carbon polluters, per capita, our government says that " the per capita argument is one that we consider unsustainable and one which Trinidad and Tobago categorically rejects."
