The only other redeeming part of the PS2 version is the soundtrack by Yuzo Koshiro... that's pretty much it.

ANd since I tried Tokyo Xtreme Racer Zero, in terms of gameplay, this(WM) is better.

Sucks only in the sense that it's based of Wangan Midnight R; their first attempt in making Wangan Midnight a racing arcade game. It's good actually not bad... but graphics wise it sucks so does gameplay.
I haven't tried this before but it looks great in one way.
