@almightyfina There are no updates for that phone past android 2.1. Does it turns off right away or after a while? For this you could try the Repair Phone option on PC Companion to see if that helps. -Josh

@0mg1pur3 In my experience how it worked for me was: take the battery out for about 5 seconds, put it back in, press and hold the back button and while doing this connect the USB cable to the phone, but when putting the battery back in and connecting the USB cable try to do this part a bit quick and don't let go of the back button until you see a message on the PC Companion saying "The update process has started" or an indication that the process started. -Josh

@omfglt112 Sorry to say but there are no further updates for this phone past android 2.1. We feel the phone is running optimized on that android version. -Josh

@28jerrylee I'd suggest to take the battery and leave it that way for a minute and try again. if that doesn't help run the update again or the Repair Phone option on PC Companion. -Josh

hope they make 2.2 upgrade soon enough, i can't install some app and game without that app2sd.
