  • what if we have a 20month old baby and can't rest when we want too. She is adhd and never stops all day. She is constantly climbing up things and getting into stuff. How do I rest when I literally cant. Is there any other way to fix this problem??

  • @EpicGamerWorld Make sure to rest when she naps. I know that you have a zillion things to do, but when she's down, if you rest you'll feel much better.

You can also use some adrenal supportive nutrients...can be purchased at any health food store. But honestly, being a parent with a toddler is exhausting, so rest is your best bet.

  • Have convulsions, ticks or seizure like activity been observed in adrenal fatigue? What about paraplegia? I just came home from the hospital and my whole body shut down even my ability to speak. Within a few hours I could speak again, but my legs never seem to recover. Can Adrenal fatigue cause this? Thanks for your video!

  • @hayyalife I haven't heard of this type of reaction with adrenal fatigue. Since you had just come home from the hospital, there is much that could be occurring.

  • I feel exhausted almost all day and then about 6 pm, I feel great. 8 pm, I crash again. 10 pm, I feel ok, but not like I did at 6 pm. Does this still sound like adrenal fatigue?

  • @pointbeemultimedia Have you tried any of the suggestions in the video for adrenal burnout?

  • @escapeclaus Try Roma Kaffree. It's a good beverage, caffeine free, non-acid forming and a good replacment for coffee. I got a jar at the Health for store yesterday. Not bad at all. You can also order it at vitacost dot com.

  • Thank you for this thorough video. I have quit the coffee and sugar, but am drinking green tea. I know there is still some caffeine (15% of coffee), but I hope to go to an herbal tea soon. Is roasted dandelion tea a good choice?

  • how many patients have fully recovered from this? Is there a high chance of recovering fully? I think i may have this. thanks so much

  • this is exellent thankyou
