This was the best tasting caramel sauce I ever tasted! Never thought it would be so easy. The key (I think) is that you cannot stir it until it is caramalized. As an "over-stirrer" this video was extremely helpful! (over cheesecake it is to die for!) THANKS!

amazing recipe!!!!!!!!! i used this for my salted caramel banana pudding pie, & it was out of this world!...i just added a few pinches of course sea salt when it was simmering, delicious!...your caramel recipe will always be my go-to for any dessert i make!! THANKS!!!! :D
