actually you have a much greater gain in tonal quality, I will give you a brief but precise explanation for the tonal improvements beyond those of a solid body wood guitar:

carbon fiber had a much wider acoustical gamma than wood,

the mono chasis and stiffness of the carbon fiber give amazing sustain and transmit all vibrations without dampening of tone. the hollow section gives a complex resonance chamber for extra enriched tones. The sound is pure, the electronics simple and passive

Is the finger board carbon fiber as well? Does the fabric fray when you cut the fret slots? The hollow neck sounds very interesting. (it is hollow right?)

that was the first version ever made of the Handle, it was amazing yet we have improved on it more and more over the years the current production is V4.

And yes those are standard DiMarzio PAF pros which we still use on our standard models today. They sound great on the Handle and the pure sound transmission of carbon fiber plus semi hollow body gets shown off well with PAFs
