Some restaurants were only open for a couple of years, which makes their collectibles more rare. You see them all of the time in the thrift stores, so now just check the cities listed under them. You may find $5 - $20 dollars profit just getting dusty on a self. Obviously you won't get rich off of Planet Hollywood items but it could buy you a coffee. Here is the list of cities I'm looking out for:
Tel Aviv
Whistler
Banff
Taichung
Antwerp
Lima
Kobe
Oasis
Belfast
Queenstown
Austin
Great video! I found a Planet Hollywood Nashville Snap Back Hat NWT a while back. The Nashville place was one that opened and closed within a few years due to a huge flood that we had here. I sold it really quick to a collector in Australia! Keep your eyes peeled for this stuff.

I fought a wall clock @ a thrift store, turns out its worth around 700-800 dollars. Paid 5 bucks. :D
Also, happy new years!

Keep in mind the liquidation auctions of these kind of restaurants. Think about what is on the walls!! You can get some really good collectible stuff. You may have to travel, but if you got the cash and transportation, you can make some good money! I bought a bunch of signs online from a TGI Fridays that went out of business in Utah.
