You should pronounce it ''Jolie Poupay'' not Poupee. It's french for pretty doll.

I love MAC and NARS,my husband is always asking me why do you spend so much money on your make up?I buy drugstore brands as well,but I have all the products being featured and i love them have you tried ''turkish delight''it's a staple in my purse.

Not its not how we pronouce 'poupée'. You're not supposed to say pouPEE, there is an accent on the first 'e' - I think.
It is French. YOu're supposed to pronounce the 'ée' like the 'ay' in 'He sAYs'.
