@IsaacDeMoss No, trust me, I'm an ectomorph that has built alot of muscle and it is so hard to keep the muscle because you lose weight if you accidently only eat 3 or 4 meals one day because you werent working out

It's great to be an ectomorph but it's so hard to gain any kind of weight.... though I'm getting there. A lot of it thanks to TMW. These guys are great.

SO I WEIGH 140LBS [5'6] and it says on a calculator that i need at least 3000 cal to gain weight..........that means i have to eat 6 meals and each 500 calories??? ay caramba...i use to eat so little.....thats corect right? cuz i just quited boxing but i still burn calories
