  • Hi ye please could you say what wires your putting together to start it. I'm getting it turning but no spark. HELP!!! Thanks.

  • how did u atart thr motor with just the wire what colors do you put togeter

  • @poopdogsays if you have good water pressure then it should be fine just dont rev it all day. but you barely tapped it once. i was hoping for a little more.

  • @jsesTM

In my vid, I shot the motor from Idle to about 4,000 rpm...

How much more revving do you need? One should never rev the motor past 1000 rpm If the lower unit is not in the water! I have to take care of my 2,500 dollar motor!

This motor on my boat will do 0-50mph in about 7-8 seconds! Watch my vids...

  • @poopdogsays You do have some pretty good throttle response, but i want to see some more revving than that.

  • *Edit* That's supposed to be... "Glastron GT-150 First fire of 2010 90Hp"

  • @jsesTM That does sound pretty cool, but have you ever heard a inline 6 Merc rev? I have a 90hp and it snaps! I swear it sounds like a Lamborghini!

Check out "First fire 2010 Merc 90Hp" That's mine mounted on the back of my Glastron GT 150.

  • Hi - can you tell me if the model in the video has the trim pump mounted between the rams or is it outside the transom frame on the right of the motor?? I have the same model but I was told it was a 1979 so I've been struggling to get spares. They are trully great motors!!

  • i love how this motor sounds when he revs it

  • hey dude I love that engine unfortunately i have the same engine but 50 horses and my wife purchased it for me for fathers day so that we can go for a spine on that day, but the carb is flooding the sparks after the 2nd run out. I replaced all the gaskets but not the rich and lean needles could that be the problem? one of the rubbers are gone and the other is medium.
