"I spoke too soon" she smiled at me and i glared at her and then looked at the caller i.d. and saw a unkown name. im afraid to answer what if its..him? "you answer it" i shoved the phone towards her. "that is not my phone!"she pushed back at me. "yeah but you pay the bills" i pushed it back. "i dont use it" she pushed it back. "its not in my name so..technically" "oh!" she snatched it out of my hand scratching me in the process. "Hellloooo..oh hey..yeah..uh huh..yeah hes here" i looked at her. "um yeah just take a left there and uh huh right there..alright..bye" she hung up and gave me the phone back and went back to cooking. i dared to ask. "mom?" "yeah?" she started humming. its bad i just know it! "who was that?" She grabbed my phone and saved the number i took it from her and looked down and saw Joes name and my heart did a little flip and it made me mad. "mom why- "His parents are away for their anniversary and his mom my friend and co-worker asked me to watch him and he couldnt go anywhere unless you and Mitchel and Demi were with him" she said that last part too fast for my liking. i sighed "mom what did you agree to?" she smacked her lips "i just told you. do you even listen to me?" Nope but i hear her. i started hitting my head against the counter repeatedly mom put a towel under my head but it was too late my head was already hurting. the doorbell rang and mom told me to get it so i walkd over to the door and opened it. my breath caught in my throat and i started hyperventalating."Nick?" i heard my mom call me but it sounded far away she grabbed me and took my pills out of her pocket and a bottle of water out of her apron and put the pills in my mouth and tilted my head back and pour water down my throat and closed my nosed until i swallowd. i slowly started to feel bettr my breath came back even and my heart beatd normally. "thanks mom" i managed. "denada" then she turned to Joe. "hey Joe" "umm hey wha-?" she shook her head and pulld me out the way and opend the door wider. "oh dont worry about that mi casa su casa" no he cant come in here! i whispered to her "no mom! he cant stay here" she lookd at me curiously "and why not?" i stayed silent there was no way i could tell her especially with him here. "exactly so Joe got any plans since your gonna be home alone for a month" we all went back into the kitchen Joe lookin at MY house. "not really" "hmm thought you woulda had a party or something" he shook his head "nah i was but ground rules principles" he smiled at MY mom. stupid, idiot good for nothing.... "but it could change if you got something planned?" mom pinched his cheek "cute" ok this is gettin kinda awkward. "your wayy too young go for someone around your age" he grinned. id like to wipe that grin off his face in more than one way. "thats why i asked you" she smiled back "cute and charming but stop" ughhh! i hate that i have to sit here while that! is goin on.
