Hi,can someone help, I want to know if its true that youtube can remove your account for loading a video (exercise video) I asked a lady to share the slim in 6 video like "sweetlady" but thats what she told me that she couldnt because youtube was gonna remove her account.

stephaniixox, 3 weeks to lose 8lbs. I must admit got obsessive with it. Hahaha, its cuz its so fun!!! I do it 3 times a day and do some weight training for about 2o minutes. And of course I eat healthy. But yeah, this video is AWESOME!!

congrats on the weight loss, i've been trying to lose 8 pounds for the longest time and i can't find an exercise that will do the job without being tedious

How about squat thrusts or burpees. They really get the heart rate up and warm up the body for a nice workout.
