@IHackRF You sould eat 4 meals a day spaced 4 hours apart approx. If you heal hungry then the next time you eat it goes straight to fat. You shouldn't be hungry.
that's a pretty difficult question as we are all different. it also depends on a few variables. how heavy you are already (larger people have to work harder because they are carrying more weight), what you are eating - diet is obviously important. what else you are doing, do you plan to just do this? or do you do other exercise? i try not to worry about how much i am losing, just try to make sure that i do some exercise every day. losing weight gradually is better for you

i want to start this soon
but can someone tell me on avarage how much they lost in a week?
