I love this opening. The music is great, and it's pleasant to look at too. It has a nice framing (with Kaiba starting the tournament at the beginning, and the blimp flying towards the horizon at the ending), and the clips that are shown are actually relevant, instead of just being random ass monsters jumping towards the viewers, interrupted by shots of the characters posing dramatically.
