@krukus7 if you call holding a torch for reggae since 1979 or whatever, 'jumping on the bandwagon' and in 2011 with full respect for the music, the music respects him back, then nothing wrong with 'jumping on the bandwagon'. I think what JT is trying to say is, if Rodigan was black; Would he be the no.1 reggae dj in the world. He has a very valid point. I am avid fan of Rodigan and I am English, however he would not have got his position on BBC radio in the 70's if he had black skin. No doubt he is a wicked talent and deserves his acololades. But even Tim Westwood is avid proof that the best djs are not getting the jobs. Bobby Konders has equally done a lot for reggae music being mainstream in the States also
