I made Takoyaki dessert using Mini Yukimi Daifuku :D

Yukimi Daifuku is mochi ice cream manufactured by LOTTE. It is quite popular ice cream sold over 30 years since 1981, so I think you can find it at Japanese grocery stores overseas! I remember I found it in NY and Mitsuwa in NJ!

Takoyaki is a ball-shaped Japanese dumpling. Watch this video and learn what it is ;)

Have fun!!!

BTW, in Dec. 2011, YouTube has changed it's UI (user interface), so I arranged my channel accordingly. I created some playlists so that you can easily find my videos (in the past) by categories. Please check them out and thumbs up for your favorite playlists ;)

  • Just so you know, over in north america 'Chinese Wolf Berries' are called 'Goji Berries' instead. ;)

This looks very tasty.. I'll have to look around to see if anyone sells that kinda ice-cream over here. (I'm not big on 'treats' so I've only looked for ice-cream once in the last 4 years - Sesame flavoured, which is my favourite, but hard to find outside of specialty shops out here.)

  • @PurpleGhost thanks! i will add that word in my instruction :D btw, i am not big on treats, too. but people request me sweets recipes. haha

  • condensed milk for the mayonnaise? :)

  • @vancitygirl7 yes. sounds nice ;)

  • am I the only one who feels the finishing product looks like a cartoon or graphic picture lol

  • @DarkCoCoBeauti i thought that, too! haha

  • can u show us how to make moche?

  • I really love Korean and Japan 's fine and clean food making method of many Chinese food. :) We need to focus on quality, but not only quantity only. :) Price should lower down 50% to give people more fun and delicious food time. :) And all world currency should be one. :)

  • AMAZING!
