  • Cant be to classy, or you'll be a boring person. Now overdoing it is being ignorant. Respect the culture and people and their social rules and you should be fine.

  • so to sum up this entire video: America is the only country that knows how to have fun?

  • Are you sure you don't hug....really...I'm pretty sure you guys are huddled together every step you walk. lollol

  • 2:02 We don't hug strangers! :o

Well, at least I don't I don't now about the rest of you out there. lol

  • llmfaoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

  • Lol...The twangy hillbilly music in the beginning :D Yea right, however there is a certain amount of truth to this video and yea I am America:) Go to an Aussie British,Irish ect. bar during a soccer game when there team is playing and tell me Americans are loud,,A yeaaa oook, alrighty then:D

  • What does all this do for the advancement of Americans in the world's perception? Nada. It just makes the respectful American travelers the oddball "nice Americans" and "not like the others." This accomplishes nothing.

  • When I traveled in Europe, the loudest folk I met were Germans- the point is that no one owns the title "The Most Boorish," etc. It's about individuals. You remember the obnoxious ones because they drew attention to themselves. You don't recall the polite Americans because we were the ones you assumed were Europeans. A Parisienne asked me for the time once. When I answered in French (with US accent) she looked like she was going to vomit. Mistaking an American for a French woman, the horror!

  • Fashion advice from the guy with the weed shirt?

  • At 0:46 "...so if you're going abroad, maybe you should research as much as you can about world events so you can counteract that stereotype."

Oh, I get it. I (as an American) have to research about world events more than people from other countries just because of the ignorant stereotypes said people have about us? That seems totally fair (he said facetiously)
