@rachaelannedonnelly not really - you may want to try them standing but bend your hips until your upper body is parallel with the floor.

Hi Marci! Thanks for this awesome video... I've lost 25 pounds of pregnancy fat, but still struggle with that nasty back flab (blech), so this will be very helpful!
Question, how many reps of each exercise would you recommend doing?

@scottishrosette try going for 12-15 reps of each exercise and if you really want to get fancy you can challenge yourself by doing each exercise for 1 minute!
