  • C)I just want to add, I really am not trying to irritate you. You put together a wonderful video on the character of law and God. It was very good. You had some great info. I'm not sure that you have actually read the bible through or spot picked? You will find the feasts and appointed days occured on certain days of certain months. The first 4 were fulfilled to the day and hour of those days, months and even hours,--the month of the last 3 feasts/days Jesus had already ascended. Sincere bless.

  • BTW Boltingpuppies,thank-you4 the comments,I know ur not trying to irriate me,just a simple discussion:-)

With that said,of course I have read the bible through...And of course I know the feasts occured on certain days(God specified that to Moses). But my husband happens to be an ex-jew,so I know all about those traditions too,& the 3 things u talked about earlier are now just traditional ceremonies 4 the jews....

    Thanks 4 ur discussion though...

Also, once again, can I ask what religion u r?

  • Romans 8:1-2 says, "Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death."

What is the law of sin and death? The 10 Commandments. How do we know we sin? By the 10 Commandments. What is the verdict? Death! The wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23). So is the 10 Commandments nailed to the cross? Of course! We are set free from it!

  • The 10 Commandments is a testimony of death or "ministry of death". But now we have a new covenant {a better one}; this is the gospel--the ministry of life.

  • 2 Corinthians 3:6-7 says, "He has made us competent as ministers of a new covenant--not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. Now if the ministry that brought death, which was engraved in letters on stone, came with glory, so that the Israelites could not look steadily at the face of Moses because of its glory, fading though it was,".

Notice. Verse 7, "which was engraved in letters on stone". The 10 Commandments kill us, instead of giving life.

  • THERE ARE TWO LAWS (ACTS 8) ONE IS THE LAW OF THE FLESH THAT WAS NAILED AT THE CROSS, AND THE OTHER IS GOD'S HOLY LAW THAT IS SPIRITUAL.

  • great video

  • in adding to your note of psalm vers.. please note also psalm 119:151 ..all thy commandments are truth!! it says ALL thy commandments not some but ALL THY COMMANDMENTS are truth and we know by john14:6 Jesus is the truth! so Jesus IS the commandments which he did sum up that by keeping ALL of the commandments you will, in effect, love God with all your heart strentgh and soul and your neighbor as yourself ( Jesus did raise the standard for what each commandment defined ie (murder is hatred)

  • Matthew 5

19Whosoever therefore shall BREAK one of these LEAST commandments, and shall TEACH MEN SO, he shall be called the LEAST in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall DO AND TEACH THEM, the same shall be called GREAT in the kingdom of heaven.

    PAY ATTENTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Deuteronomy 6

5And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

    Leviticus 19

18Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD.

So we see now that this is written in the book of the law.

PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU READ AND TEACH, YOU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
